Twin Hook Dual Rail Hoist for PAC-3 MSE Production - Electrolift

Electrolift partnered with Handling Systems & Conveyors to supply a Twin Hook Dual Rail Hoist for Lockheed Martin’s PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement production facility in Camden, Arkansas.
The hoist is part of the material handling infrastructure at the facility where Lockheed Martin performs final assembly of PAC-3 MSE interceptors. In July 2026, the U.S. government awarded Lockheed Martin a seven-year contract action that brought the total multiyear contract value to $58.62 billion. The investment is expected to help triple PAC-3 MSE production capacity by the end of 2030..

The Challenge: Lockheed Martin’s specialized production environment required a dependable overhead lifting solution capable of providing two lifting points within a double-girder crane system. The hoist needed to integrate with the larger material handling system while supporting the controlled movement and positioning required during production operations

The Solution: Working with Handling Systems & Conveyors, Electrolift supplied a Twin Hook Dual Rail Hoist engineered for integration into the facility’s overhead crane system. The dual-rail configuration positions the hoist between the crane rails, helping maximize available hook height. Its twin-hook design provides two coordinated lifting points for stable load handling within the production process.Installed at Lockheed Martin’s Camden facility, the Electrolift hoist is part of the American-made infrastructure to increase PAC-3 MSE production and what Lockheed Martin has described as a “once-in-a-generation” opportunity for supporting the Arsenal of Freedom.”
